The evening will include a live grooming demonstration of the cute "brown bear" style on a Bichon
The live demo will include setting patterns, dog handling, using the correct tools for the right coat type, and how to get the best finish, in the best time.

As well as a bonus talk on customer relations and employee/employer/work peers communications and expectations.

Covering working as a team, getting your customers on board with your vision and knowing how to handle things with customers if they don't go quite right.
